Restaurant Dinner Tastings

Tastings do not always take place in our tasting room. Sometimes we take our tastings on the road. We work with local restaurant partners to bring some great tastings to the market. At each restaurant tasting we provide the opportunity to order the products tasted that evening at special pricing, from one bottle to multiple cases. Check this space for upcoming restaurant events where the pairing of excellent food with wine, beer or spirits will prove to be a great evening. Get a group of friends together and book a table.

As the retail partner for these wine dinners, guests will have the opportunity to order bottles and/or cases of the featured wines at a 15% discount.

Brasserie Provence Hosts its 4th Annual 5-Course Holiday Champagne Dinner

Thursday, December 7 at 6:30 PM

Advanced Level Sommelier Julie DeFriend from Vintner Select will present a Reserve Sparkling Wine, 3 superb Champagnes and a Champagne Liqueur. The wines are paired with a delicious array of compatible dishes featuring an International Food Tour from Chef Patrick Gosden. A Fried Maine Lobster & Kentucky Mushroom fritter with a Sweet California Chili Sauce from the USA is paired with Domaine de la Ferrandière Pinot Gris Frisante Reserve for the Reception. Dinner begins with Chartogne-Taillet “Cuvée Sainte Anne” accompanied by a European Norwegian Smoked Salmon Benedict, Poached Duck Egg and Hollandaise Sauce on an English Muffin. The Seafood Course pairs Pierre Peters “Cuvée de Réserve” Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut with Grouper Cheeks Pad Thai from Thailand. The Main Entrée includes Jean Vesselle Brut Rosé “Oeil de Perdrix” served with a Duck Confit Empanada and Duck Magret Asado Tortilla from Argentina. The dinner ends with an Italian Raspberry Tiramisu paired with Geoffroy Ratafia de Champagne.
