More than a dozen ingredients known to ignite romance are incorporated into our Valentine’s Weekend Menu! An Amuse-Bouche of Chesapeake Bay Oyster, Cucumber, Salmon Caviar & Chili Oil starts each meal, followed by a choice of appetizer: Lobster Crab Bisque, Seared Duck Foie Gras Salad or Seared Diver Sea Scallop.  Entrée choices include Grilled Beef Filet Mignon, Seared King Salmon or Mascarpone Black Truffle Stuffed Chicken Breast. The Valentine’s Dessert list includes Ebony Chocolate Macaron Cake, Vanilla Crème Brûlée, or Praline Framboise Valentine’s Cake. A Vegan option is also available. And finally, each guest receives a Champagne Ruby Chocolate Heart Mignardise to complete the meal. 

”French” is synonymous with Romance and Brasserie Provence is the place to be! The Valentine’s Dinner at Provence is $75 per person +tax & gratuity. Available seatings are from 5 – 6:30 PM & 7:30 – 9 PM on both Friday and Saturday.
