This rum was aged for 12 years then put in a Heaven Hill Rye barrel for an additional 2 years. The nose is heavy on candied brown sugar and caramel. Stephen really likes this. Warm entry, with a hint of barrel tannins. Long smooth finish with a hint of vanilla. 64.6%
